Return and Refund Policy

ON-LINE PURCHASE

If the item purchased on-line is undamaged and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, I will offer a full refund or exchange for another piece of art according to the terms below. Please contact me at sallie-eley@hotmail.com prior to sending the item back identifying the reason for return.

• Terms of return - You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
• State of return - Item must be undamaged.
• Process of return  - Buyer pays for return of the item. I recommend that the item is shipped via a service which insures the item to its value and offers proof of delivery. I will only refund the item if it is received undamaged.
• Process of refund - The refund will be issued to your original payment card.
